torrence, california. there is a distributor out there (i believe) that sells the kits. i dont think ur gonna be able to find one very cheap (serious), but if u do then cheers to making ur car look a hell of a lot nicer. check the net for businesses out there, im sure u will find someone. as for quality, all the kits have pretty much the same specs and i dont think too many people would dare skimming on their prduction line with that kind of kit. if they do they ought to have their asses removed.
