A few months ago there was a post debating motor oils. It spanned a few pages in length and had excellent information. Some guy who was an oil engineer gave his extremely detailed feedback throughout the thread. I was trying to search for it, but couldn't find it. Have we lost this thread or is it archived anywhere?

I just switched over to Castrol GTx 10w-30 by the reccomendation of Dave in the last topic. My car seems to have the same problem of his gsr-bus and I hope this new oil will solve that..
