What kinda ricers are in your town?
believe it or not, most of the ricers in my town with da big body kits and 10ft wings are whiteboys. LOL, a few mexicans and more white people? Hahaha, thank god my asians got better taste.. Function over fashion baby! 
and for the record, i'm asian.

Truthfully i dont think being a ricer has to do anything with what race you are. a ricer is a ricer, simple as that.
