Anyone using Blitz SUS intake???
Is anyone using the BLITZ SUS intake
that is made of metal
i saw an intake comparison test it was 2nd in power next to the apexi intake
but it was 2nd worse in filtering
would that be a problem that it sux up too much dirt particles and be harmful to the engine?
anyone using this and can say its good and works well???
or any opinions on it...
any information and personal experiences would be greatly appreciated

Why not use the Apex-i filter? If you are thinking of the same review i have seen, the Apex-i made slightly more power than the blitz and was rated #1 for filtering.
its a bit pricy, but worth it IMO. I'm using it on my '93 LS w/ JDM ITR swap and its working great.

Forget the bling for your air filter...the K&N will flow at least as good...is cleanable and probably a hell of a lot cheaper.
if it matters at all, the SUS never needs replacing......as long as it doesn't get dented or dropped....haha. I would only really recommend the Blitz SUS for boosted or very high HP NA motors.
I replaced the filter off my Mugen air box to a Blitz SUS filter. Dyno says 1000-5000 -4whp and I started to gain +4whp from 7000-9000rpm. You dtermine if its good or not.
Would this mean that the opening is too big??
