Default Type r cam install

anyone around the Richmond, Virginia area wanna help with a Type r cam install, in two weeks in a 97 GSR. I got some JDM cams and I'm gonna order the gears today. I will pay for gas if you have to drive far.

Thanks,

when you order cams, how do you know that you are actually getting type r (ITR or civic) cams? do they actually come in honda pakaging or is there a part # on them that tells you what they are? I'm just curious b/c i was thinking of ordering some and wasn't sure how you know your really gettin the real thing.

If you are ordering them, chances are you're paying like $500 for em.. so why not just save a bit extra and get Skunk2 state 1's?

If no one can come help, can some one maybe help over the phone. I have a good sense of what needs to be done, just wondering about some other things that mighg come up. I've replaced things on my car such as shocks, clutch and other things, so I think I can install the cams and cam gears. So is anyone willing to be called on. Please help, installing soon.
