any possible rear brake upgrades? caliper swaps from other cars? Oddessy rear calipers any diff/better/fit? 1st gen CL? 6th gen accord/CL/TL rear calipers? long shot, but early year NSX rear calipers?

I have been told the popular 94-95 legend GS has a drum/caliper combo, a drum brake in the rotor, and calipers for reg brakes, so that probably wont work.


and yes i know the rear brakes does considerably less work than the fronts, but I'ds till like to know if anything is possible (easily anyways, no major mods required).

 

absolutely no reason to upgrade rear brakes

 

yeah, I think as long as you got rear disc brakes with some nice pads, you should be fine. Isn't it only 20-30% of your braking done by the rear brakes?

 

still... hypothetically, anyone have ideas on possible upgrades?

 

What car you talkind about? 97-02 type sh lude?
or some other car that you have a drum?

 

5th gen accord w/ rear disks already.

 

the only thing i have seen would be like brembo blanks and just some pads depending on what you want...is the accord v6 rear rotor any bigger/better?
