Default b18b in a civic

Anyone have any idea how hard this would be? I found a b18b for $250 for the complete motor...just wondering if it would be worth the hassle

fairly easy...I had that motor in my car before. check http://www.hasport.com for complete swap procedure or do a search. But off the top of my head, besides the motor mount kit, shift linkage and mpfi swap, you need to ditch the hydro tranny with a cable type, use 90-93 teg distributor, injectors, injector resistor, pr4 ecu, 90-93 axles and intermediate shaft, 90-93 rear bracket...

It would be as simple as any other B-series swap. As for the price of $250 for the complete motor, that is a good price. I traded my CF ZC hood for my friends 91 LS block.

for that price why not....lets see, around $300-500 for Mount Kit and Shift Linkage, $150-300 for 90-93 Cable Tranny. then $150-200 for ECU, and $100 for Obd0-Obd1 Conversion harness (or make it yourself..that is of course if you want to rewire to obd1) oh yeah and the teg axles $30....your probably looking at no more than $1500.

I'm actually doing a b18b swap into my sedan on thursday. i'll let you know how it goes.
