Is this a good price?
A friend of mine found a 95 RS and got the owner to sell for $3700.
It has minor damage (one tail light is cracked in the corner, there's a small stain on the carpet, a few small dents, and it needs an alignment). It's had all major maint. done (timing belt, water pump etc) and the odometer reads 115,XXX. I think it's a great deal.. needs a bit of TLC under the hood (as most cars do, its just dirty) but other than that it's all good. Let me know what you think.

is it manual or automatic...
if its manual you ll have to check the condition of the clutch and master cylinder and factor that in the price if it needs replacement. Does it have a/c? if so, does it need recharging or repair? etc....

IMO that is not a good price....you can probably get a 94 or 95 GSR for less than 5k...the RS is the base model
