Default How would this turbo work on my setup

Im gonna use a tdo5h (16g) on my 90 accord with f22...my question is how would this turbo perform on my stock block motor? at about 8lbs...im gonna run an upgraded fuel pump...440's hondata(or afc hack) front mount im using a 98 accord ex intake manifold...also how long would my stock clutch last running 8psi?

yeah it would easily work, but you need a exhaust manifold for a t3 flange to match it and it needs to be for the correct wastegate type (internal/ or external). I believe those are mostly internal but if external make sure you get right size wastegate flange too.

8psi is fine... people run more than that on stock internals and do not have a problem. The key is making sure it is tuned, cause you can blow **** up at any psi with bad tuning.

you can get dsm injectors (450cc) cheap, most used sets work great once cleaned/ reassembled even. you do have to do some minor work to get them seated properly and you need a resistor box (usually sold with em).

afc hack seem to be a good route... I have not had experience there personally yet but as long as 'hack' done correctly it should be all good.

you can get like a conquest intercooler from a part yard or there are some other options for finding/ making intercoolers (people get creative... ).

budget turbo setup... and will run good I'd bet. Given the proper exhaust and some other things, as well as tuning... it would wake that stock block f22 up alot!

I was gonna do that but decided to go another route... hence the turbo in my sig for sale. I also was tinkering with a 1g turbo but sold it long ago.

so ur saying a manifold with a t3 flange should accept the 16g? or did i misunderstand cuz t3 would be garret turbo and the 16g is a mitsu so the bolt pattern would be different? and also if lets say the turbo is internally gated would i be able to run an external instead...i would rather go the external route and dump the wastegate into the downpipe...would a 90 ex need a resistor pack? im unsure of which vehicles use the resistor pack when running the afc/dsm injector hack...also i can dump the blow off valve into the atmosphere correct? cuz on my dsm i cant due to the fact that the mas(?) wont read that air coming thru so it runs like crap...im sure a honda is different correct? i plan on doing this turbo set up on my own and having mr dyno tuna set it up and tune it for me...his name is vaportrail im sure u have seen him on this site...he is in tamp st pete and can tune anything...good guy...thanks for the response
