In an effort to meet the growing market demands, Dart Machinery Ltd. has applied their decades of racing experience to engineer and manufacture the first Dart block just for Hondas.

Dart produces blocks on all-new tooling and machines them on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. They add the features that import racers need to build powerful and reliable engines. Take a close look and you'll see why Hondas dominate with Dart.

* Manufactured from aerospace quality C355-T6 virgin aluminum alloy for maximum strengh and reliability.

* Closed deck design increases rigidty and improves head gasket sealing.

* Steel main caps with high-strength bolts increase bottom end strength and minimize bearing bore distortion.

* Extra large water jackets increase coolant circulation around cylinders.

*Standard piston oil sprayers reduce piston temperatures to extend life and prevent detonation.

*Dart blocks use stock components, including oil pan, oil pump, water pump, alternator, and timing belt tensioner.

sounds kinda steep, even with the exchange rates of CAD to US money.

you can get a 2L bottom end for a lot cheaper than that.

He listed a 2L for the same price as the 1.6/1.8. Haven't heard anything but good about dart blocks. I would go for it.

They seem like a good deal to me.

I'm interested to see what can be done with the increased deck height B20+ blocks.
