Default Stolen ITR's in the Bay Area???

How many ITR's have been stolen from the Bay Area recently? There's some guy that's had 3-5 sets of ITR cams for sale, among other ITR parts, that's been posting on team-integra lately. I've been regulating on this guy lately and have an IP as well. These posts have been going for about a couple months I believe.

I haven't banned him........yet. Odds are though, he will be banned by tonight, but I was wondering if any of you were interested in scoping him out. click here for his member profile...note, you'll need to register if you haven't before to view it.

I'm just looking out for the fellow b18c owners here...

EDIT: Account is currently disabled, but you can view the old posts still by clicking here.

You might want to read his post...

I have a bare 00 ITR head with 17,000 miles for sale. Head is in excellent condition. It includes everything (valvesprings, retainers, rockers, etc) except for the cams. It is a legit head. Vin number available for those seriuosly interested.

700 obo
It's too bad that the heads don't have vin numbers on them The only things that I see that he has for sale is a head, and the cams...looks like someone has a head and is seperating the cams from it to get some more $$$...

Yeah...all his previous threads about selling various ITR parts and cams and such have been regulated by myself or BlueTeg over there, so you guys won't be able to see his old posts.

I'm the guy selling the stuff. I use my friends account on "gay-integra.net".

I have many references, including b18c1powered si, mase, and a bunch of other people who met me in person around the bay. Chances are, you can catch me at local SCCA events.

I can provide the vin number to the car that the head came out of.

As far as how i acquired those ITR cams, it's simply business. If you can't understand that, then there is nothing more else for me to say.

for gay-integra for locking my post whenever i reply to it. Apprantely, they take my replies as "bumps" to the post.

Since you've deleted the previous posts there isn't anything establishing a pattern...you've gotten rid of any "proof" that he was selling multiple sets of cams.

Its just funny how you can have such an abundance of such rare parts. Not saying you are a thief or connected to that sort of "business". I just have seen MANY ITRs stolen from so cal/nor cal just on "this" board lately.

<=--- will kill a thief if he met one

click here to view his old threads...about every page there's a set of ITR cams for sale. I apologize if they really are legit, but if you expect people not to think something's up w/that many ITR cams for sale, then I don't know what to say.

The amount of ITR cams that i am trying to sell has been greatly exaggerated by the number of posts.

There are 2 reasons why I have multiple posts for a single item:
1) A buyer who flaked out, casuing me to repost.
2) My post gets locked, because i'm not allowed to "bump".

Mr.Integra- Who understand where you're coming from and appreciates the lookout for fellow integra owners though, but hates flakers and having his posts locked over and over again.

I've seen the 98 cams, the 01, and now the 00 cams. I can understand the buyer flaking out, we all hate that. It just seems odd to me that you had that many cams, unless you run a shop or something.

We haven't deleted them, they are just stored in an area that is only viewable if you are a moderator.

For the record there were 5 itr cam threads open last time I checked (this morning)

So you're telling me you never posted an item for sale on different message boards?

Cheezethis: Unless you have a FIRM basis, you shoduln't go around making posts like this. All you're doing is damaging my reputation as a seller.

I shouldn't make posts like this? I'm not concerned about your rep as a seller, and you shouldn't be either as long as you can vouch for all the parts. If you do, this thread can magically disappear.

A firm basis would be you providing proof that they were legally acquired (not just one part, but the various parts), simple as that. I hold no grudge or anything...if you do, this will all go away. I mean, if you run a shop or whatever, then it makes sense. For example, you installed aftermarket cams for various people and bought their used ITR ones...happens all the time.

As I said before, it is a bit disturbing to read about multiple thefts out there and then see all these cams for sale. You tell me that you wouldn't do the same? But whatever, I can just turn a blind-eye towards the whole thing.....ignorance is bliss...I can give you the benefit of the doubt.

You can bash me for making this thread all you want, you can bash TI, you can bash whatever you want, doesn't bother me at all. E-thugs don't bother me. You say you acquired them through "business"...forgive my stupidity, what business is that? Seriously, I can give you the benefit of the doubt.

cheezthis - who hates the third person talking

EDIT: I hate these threads just as much as you...trust me.

Just state where the three different sets of cams came from. I don't see why it's such a big deal to divulge the origin of the merchandise...

If you can just say something to show you're legit, then everything would be all good. But you sure soudn shady saying you got them through a "business deal" and it's none of our business to show concern. What's the trouble in providing truth?

I see we are guilty until proven innocent......

I guess it makes sense though, I mean cops assume we race and do what they can to pull us over and prove it.........

same mentality i guess.........

why don't you buy the cams and then post the vin for everyone, *you too can do your part to help legit sellers*
