my car was stolen about a few months ago and recovered, since then my horn and cruise control fuse keep blowing out. this is the 20 amp fuse on the engine bay fuse box...

I took my cruise control unit off, and the fuse still ble off...

any suggestion ? I traced all the lines and etc, and came up empty..

anyone know where this ground for the horn and cruise control is ?
