Beak's sway bar kit?

Beak's sway bar kit?
I have a 94 Si eh2 and i was wondering if i need to get any more parts for this kit than what comes with it. I read it and it says the car must have a factory rear sway bar, well as you know eg's dont, but what would i need parts wise to complete this??? And correct me if im wrong but is it the exhaust that travel under the lca's that dont work with this kit? And i did search........

.....the car must have a factory rear sway bar, well as you know eg's dont....
