Default Spoon head gasket and Volk wheels

Hey there. I haven't had any luck in the "best buys" section but I'm sure I can get some answers here. I need a new head gasket and want a Spoon 2 layer. I have seen the prices all over the place from as much as $200 to as low as $130. Is there anywhere with better prices? Also I want a set of Volk wheels. Who has the best prices out there? Who is the best to deal with as far as customer service? Thanks in advance.

Call A&J Racing for best Spoon prices in Canada: 604 279 0329

Remember if you order stuff from the States you pay exchange, import duty, taxes and brokerage fees.

Volks are going to run you at least 4 grand in Canadian dollars.

I was just talking to a guy from R&D and have checked out JDM Spec and IPS. They had some of the best prices I could find. Also Inlinefour had a good price on the gasket.

It seems like 99% of the people on this board will tell you to stay away from InlineFour, so I am here to tell you to not listen to them. I have dealt with them 4 different times. Twice ordering very large items and twice small items, and I have had ZERO problems with them. Highly recommended by me.

From what I have read there isn't a differance other than the spoon is 0.45mm and the mugen is 0.47mm. Spoon is thinner buy very little.

Since there is so little difference buy a Mugen and support the Expo sponsors

Spoon is represented by other Expo sponsors, including IPS Racing and R&D Motorsports.

IPS Racing is responsible for the Spoon ITR being at the Expo.

Since there's so little difference, buy from the little guy, and you'll still be supporting the Expo sponsors.

True I always forget that George.

Ok so if you buy spoon, although I don't dislike Inline4 but get it from IPS

You think so? Its just that everytime I see InlineFour mentioned on this board, its seems like someone is bashing one aspect of their company. Whether it be pricing, customer service, shipping disputes, whatever. I just hate to see people give them a bad name. But I am glad someone agrees with me.

Does $130 seem like a good price for the gasket then?
