EP3 Civic type-R aftermarket ECU queston

Is there an Mugen ECU or any other brand available? I only know of an Spoon ECU. Anyone does know the Vtec switchover and the redline of it.

but 1200 USD

also avail is the Hondata Ecu
for 595 shipped USD
