Euro R Manifold pic
Here are a few pictures of my Euro R manifold that I installed recently.
I also closed of the holes for the EGR and eliminated the EGR as well
One of the problems that I ran into since I used the Euro Fuel rail is that I had to relocate my fuel filter, because the fuel line was too short.
I also got my hand on the a Accord type R crank pulley. The difference is that it doesn't have the extra pulley for the power steering.

The power is noticable, but its not a huge power gain. But you high end revs up a little faster and it keeps pulling. Its a nice upgrade if you planning to go naturally aspirated, because it allows more air to be passed through.
Installation wise I would say that its not a simple bolt on. A lot of mods and fabrication that has to be done to make it fit. However I think Skunk 2 is coming out with a single runner manifold for the H22a.
I think a Euro R motor will go for about 4500 to 5000 dollars.

I paid around 80 bucks for it, but I ordered it brand new from http://www.aj-racing.com
they are in canada so they'll give you a price in candadian dollars but converted over its about 80 bucks.
The good thing about it is that it has the dampner.
