I was wondering if anybody did a conversion on their 94-97 Integra to use the cruise control unit from a 98-01 Integra? You know how to cancel the cruise control, you either 1) turn off the main switch, 2) press the brake or clutch, 3) press both accel and decel at the same time, right? I'm concerned because when you cancel the cruise control using the third method I described on a 94-97 model, you can't use the "resume" button to resume. The only way you can get it to resume is to either cancel the cruise control using the brake or clutch. Now on the 98+ models, there's a separate button for "cancel" if I'm not mistaken, and after pressing the cancel button, resume will work correctly. Has anybody thought of doing a conversion? Which of the parts are the same? I tried looking on acuraautomotiveparts.org but it's too confusing to find part #'s. I was wondering what parts are needed to do the change. Thanks!

Most likely you would have to swap the button pod and the actual cruise computer "brain". Actually you might have to swap the entire cable reel because that's where the wires for the airbag, horn, and cruise pass thru the steering column. It's probably not worth it for that minor convenience. I always just tap the clutch to cancel cruise.
my 98ls has 2 buttons- no cancel. I'll have to try to push both to cancel it though- thats new to me.
my g/s's 02 and moms 97 civics have a cancel button, but you have to turn on CC each time you atart the car at the switch.
