like traction...whats a good tire for a daily driver, but good for the occasional street race, and i plan on boosting my car down the road too.

i have 18's on yokohama 235 paradas ride and performance is fine

15s will give you less rotational mass than 18s or dubs y0!. So for better acceleration you'll want some smaller, wider rims. 16x7.5, 15x7, etc.

15x7 Kosei K-1; many offsets, cheap, lightweight.
PS- Kosei's are a good wheel, check out Rota too if your like most of us and strapped for $$.
