Man your problem sounds exactly like mine although mine is an auto but same thing when I am first taking off its real sluggish I have changed the plugs,wires,cap,rotor,pcv,O2,fuel filter, and the air filter and still having the same problem. I was also thinking ignitor but the more I read about it the more it seems that if the ignitor is going bad it would throw a code and I dont have any codes??!! I may try the EACV and see if that helps but I am in the dark on what the problem is??

I heard of this problem in accords also. One accord owner said that he adjusted his timing and it ran fine after that.. I dont see how that would make the car bog specifically in one RPM range, but you could give it a shot.

Let me know if it fixes the problem I found out that you can use the iginitor from an Si in a DX so I may try that and see if it does anything.
