Default air ride for a 96 accord

hey whats up i'm lookin into buying a nice air ride ofr my 96 honda and just don't now that many things abou them. Such as price what should i be lookin at for price like the highest cost one and then some other under it then what are some good brands to buy, i don't no if i want to go like the best u can buy but i want one that is dependable. and how hard are they to put in is it somting that i could do my self or should i just have it profissnaly done. and if any one knows some web sites to go to that would help to thanks david.

I know someone with a 95 accord that has air ride. I think it cost him around $1000, though he did most of the work himself.

I'm going to go ahead and tell you that no one on here really knows about that kind of stuff that is considered "rice" in everyones eyes...

i dont know much about prices but one of the most important things is a good compressor.

and who cares if ppl call it rice, this is a technical forum and ppl would rather see this in here then ppl posting their cars for fun.

I like cylinders personally....definately you need a really good compressor and good connections don't do anything ghetto at all

i just bought a kit for my car... havnt installed it yet... i heard gold parker vavles are good... also try to get a big compressor and at least a 6 gallon tank... if you peice your kit together it will usaully be cheaper then buying it complete... after all is said and done ill be paying around 650 or 700 total

haha! im with u man. i would personally prefer an air bag setup but it does kinda weigh down the car a little and the accords dont need anymore weight. id love to be able to adjust the car whenever. ive also heard the compressor is key. most of the kits dont come with a good enough one so they suggest upgrading to better one. im sure u could do alot ure self, i doesnt sound all that complicated. good luck.

My friend w/ a 98 galant has an air ride system, cost him $2500. Bagged I think costs $2k, hydraulics $1300
