Newbie at Photoshop: How do I add the headlight effect?
This stuff is fun but I don't know how to do any of it.

That is a good site for beginners.. i even go back and look at it for tips sometimes.. as for the headlight effect.. It is a filter called lens flare. Comes with Kais Power Tools filter set... If you have Photoshop 6.0 i'll send you the filter set if you want it. Hope this helps.

not bad except for the choppy edges. Just try to select stuff a little smoother then it would look nice.
