... working on some "custom" gauge placement on the dash ...
I'll need to "place" four of these gauges in about the area around the clock on the dash of the ITR.
Two of the gauges seem to fit nicely in the recess in front of the clock, and it looks like I may be able to place two more nect to the recessed ones but out on the sides a bit.
Will be making some type of gauge "pod/cluster" cover and maybe face plate to give it the "finished" look when I've got the placement figured out.
Any ideas or suggestions?

It's coming along slowly but surely.

On my 98 teg I removed the dimmer for the lights and the blank where the cruise would be, enlarged both holes and stuck 2 gauges in there. That with the Autometer gauge bezel and you can have 4 gauges installed????? Or maybe something from a WRX or the like that you can modify to fit on the dash?

Are you deadset on putting them up there? Personally I'd like them a little closer. At least the important ones. You will have 4 addl gauges total? I'll just list some alternatives you may or may not have considered.
-Apillar
-2 gaugue cluster bezel
-Coin tray
-Place where cruise ctrl master button would be
-Place where dimmer **** is.
and is it me or does the boost gauge only go to 2 bar ???

Come on, Ed. With everything else you've done, I expected to see Defi gauges in your sled

But seriously, search around http://www.swedespeed.com. Someone on there was working on some custom gauge pods, perhaps there is some insight there.

Good idea, but ... maybe two by the clock and two in the dash where the cruise would go and the dimmer.
I still have th J&S dual monitor and the AVC-R to put somewhere, maybe in the glove box.
Oh and I did see that WRX scalloped pod, it was very nice and pretty much what gave me the idea. Ed

Not sure exactly on the size, but Autometer has made a bezel with 2 gauge holes for the Integra's cluster. I think the holes would only allow the size of maybe a cyberdyne air fuel meter...too small, but still an idea.
I used to run APEX i gauges in a 3 pillar pod pillar in my civic, but the pod holes were not wide enough, nor deep enough. Just seems that there wasn't the right size pods to fit my gauges back then.
Thanks,
Victor

on problem is the size diff. I'd imagine ur autometer's werer 52mm... his greddy gauges are 60mm..
mmmmm matching backlights.

Looks nice Matt, esp with the CF look.
However, I'd have Starbucks all over my interior and footwells w/o a cupholder.
