Default best oil weight for h22

i read a post about this some other time , but cannot find it again. what has everybody found to be the best on an h22

personally i run mobile 1 full syn 10w30 in the summer and 5w30 int he winter. i have found that the bearings tend to get a little dry and oil hungry under the right (very cold) conditions if you use 10w30.

I'll be running the New Mobil 1 Performance 15w50 when my engine is done being built.

Their new 0w40 is also a good option for those not going so hardcore.

From my understanding, wouldnt 15w be a little thick for you up in the cold climate of Canada?

EDIT: I just switched to Amsoil 10w30, my friends father is a dealer so I get it for a good price.
