Oil for built h22

Default Oil for built h22

i changed my oil in my built h22 three times already, first start up changed it out, then 500 miles then another 500 miles, other then the first start up i just used regular cheap 5w30, now im gonna start doing normal oil changes at 3k and wanted to know what oil i should be using? weight? brand? natural or synthetic?

I plan on using just regular 5W-30. i get free Genuine Honda oil, so I plan on using that.

If its turbocharged i would run anything thinner than 5w-30 10w-30/40 would be my weapon of choice, i use royal purple...

Royal Purple... The **** works SON!!!! WAY better than Mobile 1, Redline, and about the same price... I could dig up a comparison, but im lazy., Trust me though. I was eating cams and rock3erpads beforew switching to it.
