Default Small CV boot leak

Hey guys, what do you do when you get a leak with the CV boot? It's a 94Vtec and I noticed a small ammount of grease spray from both boots. Thanks in advance for the help/advice...

Just buy a new one and replace it. They aren't too hard to replace, or just take your axle to a shop and have them replace it for you

I have heard mixed reviews ab out how easy/hard it is to install axles. Some say it is prety easy while others say it is tricky/time consuming.

From what I understand...if you have oem axles...get the boots changed SOON. I heard that aftermarket ones are not that great.

Mine are leaking a little but I only need them cleaned up so it passes inspection. I plan on getting an H22 soon anyways.

AndyD, thanks for the info. I can't believe what a hassle it is to fix this type of problem. Although it's a small ammount of spray, I like to keep the lude running in good condition. I don't know if it's worth it to take it to a shop to get it repaired. I don't have any boot cracks and both axles are in good condition.

Yup, that is my same dilemna. But the thing is if the grease leaks out more..this will accelerate wear on the axles.

The Si axles, are the same as the VTEC axles. And if your planning on doing a JDM h22a swap, you prob wont be able to use the axles that come with the swap. Usually you end up with NON ABS axles.
