What kind of engine do i have?
I was wondering what kind of engine do i have in my accord. as in letter and number wise (i.e. f22a) I have a 1995 Honda Accord LX 5speed with the 2.2L SOHC what is the name of the engine?
wow.......im so speechless. Welcome aboard to Honda-Tech! Well.......hm........there is basically a thread everyday about the f22 engines and if u visited before even a little, you would know. But, since u dont, go open your hood and look at the engine stamp. On the part where motor and tranny is connected, you will see an etched engine serial number. Mine says: F23A4. yours should say something like F22blah blah. Good Luck.
Hey, In the upper right of the screen there is a "search" link which was referred to in the Accord Forum guidelines. In the event that you have a question search for it first because most things have been covered. I'm not *******, just informing

I have a 6th gen but I guess I am forced to read the overwhelming amount of post about 5th gen, it turn out to be a good thing..
not many modded 6th gens out there.
