Default Florida ITR owners I might need your help

Moderators, please let this stay here, but IM me if you are going to move my post or delete it.

I've come to realize I may have been set up for a scam and I would like to know if anybody lives in or around Melbourne Florida?

I have tried to purchase a blown transmission here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=376629

The time line minus all details goes like this:

1/13/03: I take interest and initiate IMs

1/25/03: Money order of 330USD has been received by seller

1/27/03: Confirmation of received money order from seller + promises to give me tracking number from UPS asap

1/27/03: also the last date I have heard from him.

It has been 4days now, and his last post was made here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=401381

In my efforts to get a reply from him, I replied to his thread and also sent him a few IMs.

It's just past 5pm on the west coast and I've called his house, no answering machine, no pickup. No surprise.

I am a fair and honest person and expect to be treated the same way. I have done a fair amount of business because of HT.com and I can understand if Florida was hit by a hurricane or if he was hit by a car or some accident that would have prevented him from coming in contact with me.

However, in light of his silence, I am prepared to make whomever can recover my money, or my purchased goods a reward to make it worth your while. It is 330USD and I am willing to give up to 50% of it to the 1st person who can send it back to me. I will consider my "payment/reward" to you as a lesson to myself.

I have his work number, his home number, his address to where I sent the M/O. I am giving him until Monday to make this "personal."

So if you or somebody else knows of the whereabouts of 9kracer, please have him come in contact with me or vouch for his mysterious silence.

My thanks for any support or information. I know it's just words on your screen....but I've found myself in a funny situation because the promised goods cannot be spoken for.

Well.. I'm nowhere near melbourne and will be out this weekend for the most part (specially if I actually go to daytona) and next weekend will be in ATL most likely. There are some others close to melbourne though.. so ttt.

be careful with comments like that. The only people that will cover his *** are other scammers and maybe some of his friends. The rest of us aren't so nice.

-Dave, who is partially responsible for more than one thief being in jail.

edit: speeeeeeeeeeeelllling.
