First of all, accord body styles run 90-93, 94-97, 98-02. Far as I know, I might be confused. And its pretty dman hard to tell by lookin, but I'd think 94-97. Maybe post in appearance forum and beg some photoshop gurus to try their hand with it.

i think he knows the diff between 4th, 5th, 6th gen accords... but 94-95 and 96-97 share the same body style/chasis but have different bumpers.
you can find out by the turn signal/bumper lenses. the 96-97 lenses are longer.

yes, I know the generations of accords. I also know that 94-95 and 96-97 have different front bumpers, and therefor different aftermarket front lips. I myself have a 93, so I don't have either 5th gen bumper to try it on and find out what year its for.

Take another photo of the lip from the top so you we can see where the bolt holes are.

No, it would replace that black moulding underneath the bumper, kind of like the Greddy lip does. I was pretty certain that the bolt holes for the moulding were the same on both the 94-95 and 96-97 bumpers.

there are no bolt holes. it goes over the bumper, and I guess you are supposed to use some double sided tape or something. heres a picture of it thrown on my bumper to give some perspective.
I guess it does look big, but compared to my greddy lip its like only maybe 1/2" lower at most.

as i said b4, nice lip.
is that pic of it with your car the actual size compared to your car or is it PSed? does that lip actually flare out on the sides? that looks like it's gonna be a lot of moddin... good luck.

yup i knew it, how high does it go up on ur bumper? ( up to your fogs? ) good luck w/ the install i dont think i would mess w/ a BUMPER COVER made for a 5th gen for my 4th gen's keep us posted GOODLUCK bro !

if thats anytipe of hard petroleum resin (plastic) **** gonna chip and break and riveting aluminum sheet metal to patch it up will become your new favorite passtime

Does the centre part have a lip to it? I want to say it's a 94-95 because of the contours of the bumper. My best guess is that a 96-97 version would not have the two points on the top.

if you mean under his OEM amber bumper lights thoughs are a set of OEM fogs, very rare in deed honda dont make them anymore..
