JDM SRS MOMO steering wheel question?

JDM SRS MOMO steering wheel question?
I know that the JDM MOMO SRS steering wheel off a JDM ITR will fit on the US ITR's, but will the airbag plug just plug up to ours the same way???? Mine is an 01', no sure that the year makes any difference, but if any one knows, fill me in.

I may just be a little dense here, but I just want to make sure the only difficulty anyone is experiencing with JDM SRS steering wheel is where the thing is cancelling the turn signal. Everything bolts/snaps right in, wire connectors, etc? Someone in the other thread mentioned something about SRS light. Thanks for info guys.
