B16a into a 90 crx questions
Just bought a 90 crx..I would like to do a swap what all will i need? WHat will need to be changed ? I am a mechanic so I guess thats a plus. Also what are some good sites to purchase engines from? Any info would be great..

Engine is coming out of the car tomarrow..Hope to have a b16a ordered by next week..Quick question..I bought this car for 58 bucks..had it for a week how can i tell what model it is ? i know its a 90 crx.Thanks again for the help

look at the motor...if its 16v multi port injection then its a si... if you dont see a 16 valve on the valve covor then its a hf...and if its 16 valve and its dual port then its a dx...someone can correct if im wrong but im almost posotive im right...and you should search but just to help you...look on http://www.hmotorsonline.com they have good prices for the b16 complete changover...but in short...ur gonna need full swap, mounts, linkage...

Thanks for all the info...Next question other then the mounts does it bolt right in? and what wiring will i have to re-do? if you have a website with that info it would be great....hehe I got the car for 58 bucks.Also what interior can i use that will bolt in? if i cant find anything i guess im just gonna weld some brackets in
