Default Thin Head gaskets?

Just wondering if anyone is running one(Spoon, or Toda, Or Mugen?) I got to thinking the other day if the gasket is thiner it raises comprssion, but wouldn't that also make the timing belt a little lose? If it enough to worry about? Also I'm not familiar with the tensoners are they ajustable? Pics?

tensioners are adjustable and if it does loosen it up (if any its very minute) it just takes only a few minutes to retension the belt

I was also wondering what kind of power yo gain from this, because Im lookin into puttin some pistons in some day and thought this could be a good addition.

a thinner headgasket makes virtually no difference for the timing belt and tensioner. just make sure you tighten the tensioner bolt back to proper spec and you should be good to go.

if you are considering putting different pistons in, consult with a local shop of the tech forum on compatibility and valce/piston clearance issues.
