do you have to paint them yourself....my stock ones got broken in an accedent and i bought gay clear ones but i dont lie them much....i want ones that are all amber....if they do have to be painted what color/kind of paint should i use....i searched and didnt find much useful....btw its a 94 accord ex coupe

 

people use some stain glass paint...i think made by kyrlon or something...i had the hardest time finding that stuff, plus i juss suck at searching, so i got some transparent paint from a hobby shop in orange...they didnt come in an aerosol can, but only in a little bottle...so i got a foam brush and brushed it on; i think like 4 layers...my homemade ones...

I did a search on this subject and read a few comments about using red and yellow. i guess using red and yellow will give the darker orange look like the oem ones from the 98-up integras. If anyone can validate what I am saying, please let me know. Pictures would help also. Thanks

amber sucks. screw jdm bs, amber is a nasty color. Its all about the clear corners!

check out ppl w/ civics , they are definitely part of the madness.
amber corners look like crap imo. i don't care if it's "a nice contrast between the headlights" or whatever. get some clear, chrome housing, jdm style corners. they don't have an ugly white reflector like regular clears.

I like ones with white reflector, that way, you can use superbright yellow LEDs as blinker bulbs, and be able to difuse the focused LED light with the reflector....
