Default Prelude injectors and Mugen n1 ecu

Is it possible and worth to run prelude 290 cc. injectors on ITR with Mugen n1 ecu (or stock P73) lowering fuel pressure?
I ask because results to me that stock 240 cc. injectors will max out 80% duty cicle for about 180/185 whp output and over 55 psi fuel pressure.

you have to change the ecu program to lower duty cycle

Steve, so I have to consider that they couldn't be tuned only playing with the fuel pressure.

how is adjusting fuel pressure going to affect injector timing?
its not because that is ecu controlled.
