Anyone going to try bars this season in pro All Motor classes? I expect to see a lot more of them.

 

Norris Prayoonto and I think L'natural are already using them.

As power goes up, Traction goes down...

No rice, L'Natural, Leslie Durst, Scott Mohler, Erick Aguilar, Bisi Ezerioha... those are just some of the cars that put them on for this year. i'm sure there are more out there that i can't think of at the moment.

Well.. I'm still debating whether to build a set or not.. I'm sure if you have enough power.. they'll definitely help...

Holland Racing suffered from traction problems all year then towards the end of the season we used the bars. We went from high 1.6's 60' to even low 1.7's. We added the traction bars and the 60' dropped all the way down to 1.51's the first time using them which put us into the 10's. (But realize that we had excessive traction problems and most cars wont see that big of a significnce in thier 60') The next race Bisi started using the bars and had his career best 60'. Next year I'm sure evey all motor car will have the traction bars. All the all motor guys I have talked to have only had positive results.

Sindicate Racing will be sporting wheelie bars on the new All Motor Civic. Look for us at an NHRA race near you. New car will be ready for Moroso, unfortunately just showing in Vegas due to engine hold ups. We will post pics tomorrow, as soon as we get them on the computer....they are early pics (before paint)!

I still love when uneducated people laugh at import with traction bars because they are thinking imports use them as wheelie bars

got to love going to the local 1/8 mile track...... and when we go to show them what a 1.5 sec FWD 60' looks like, "those thingys" worked well enough to break first gear out the hole.... damned irony.

we pulled a 1.53 60' w/o wheelie bars on M&H 22X8 down in Houston

 

which nu image TEg ran 11's, i thought it was just norris in 11's unless this is norris... let me try to check the IP

 

Hey Sindicate what is your best 1/4 mile time to date? And will it be a whole new car or just the same hatch redone? Curious on what the new one will look like.
