Default Quick 3rd brake light question.

Hola

My RS had a spoiler ADDED on at the dealership (previous owner) I just removed the wing.

Since the wing was added on the 3rd brake light in the window is actually there but its not lighting up.

Does anyone know if maybe acura just pulled the bulb, fuse or something like that?

I figure they disconnected the window one since the spoiler has a brake light in it. Just thought I would ask here before I go routing around and looking for the reason.

Thanks all.

If you pull down the trim on the underside of the hatch, you should be able to find the harness for the 3rd brakelight. They probably unplugged it from the one in the window and plugged it into the spoiler's light. So you should just be able to plug it into the hatch light. I know on my GS-R that doesn't have a light in the glass, there's a plug in the trim at the bottom of the glass that I guess is where the harness should pass through. You can probably take the brakelight off the glass, feed the harness through the hole in the trim, plug it in, and then put the brakelight back onto the glass.

Yeap, mine is the same....it should be a real quick glance to be able to tell what the problem is.
