Default Re-Installing cams, valve cover....questions

I am reinstalling the stock cams in a 94 gsr head and have been doing everything by the book (Helms..lol) The manual says to install the cams with the key facing up, which I have, BUT... I cannot get the keys to face perfectly straight up as the rocker arms stop them from staying straight up.

My question... Is that ok, do I proceed to align the cam gear arrows and tq down the sprocket bolts ?

Secondly, I don't have a cam gear holder to tq the bolts on, but a friend told me I could just do it when the timing belt is on and everything is buttoned up.. is that true/ok ?

Lastly Will a B16 valve cover gasket fit a B18c valve cover (I am pretty sure it will, just double checking.

they tell you to make sure the cam key is pointing up so it'd be at top dead center. if they aren't pointing up then make sure you can get the pistons to tdc before tightening them down.

you can but you have to make sure the gear doesn't move with the specified torque. just try and get a holder unless you can tighten it completely.
