Default Booster / Master Cylinder

Hi Great board btw... but let's get down to business now
So I baught everything I need to swap my 2000 dx drums to 2000 SiR disks. But now the only parts i'm missing are the Prop Valve (easy..4040 that's it, that's all) and the Master Cylinder. Now for the MC.. what should I do ?! Get the 15/16 from a Si/Sir 99-00 ? Do I need to take the booster with it ? Will everything fit ?! Or do I need something else ?!

Remember this is for a 2000 DX :D

I've heard that the prop valve from the dx is the same as the one in the si, so double check part numbers with the honda dealer before you go changing it out. The MC and booster from the EX/SI is a direct bolt-on. The EX/SI MC is 15/16". It may also be wise to double check the part # on the booster, but I believe that they are different.

are the sir disks ABS?

I have a 99-00 Si/SiR master cylinder sitting on my bench waiting for a good home... make me an offer and it is most likely yours. Email is key... a71rambler@hotmail.com

Well for the PV.. I know they are not the same, since my current PV will give more fluid to the front brake (disk) compared to the rear brakes (drums.. need less fluid) and the # is 3030 if i'm right (I'm not 100% about all of this thought.. this info goes for EG's for sure... but I'm not 100% about the 6th G's... !!)
For the MC, thanx for the info on the parts

For the Si MC waiting for a new home.. I'll try to find one locally first... then I'll give you an email !!

Ohhh and btw.. yes they are ABS, but I will not reconnect the ABS thingny.. so might as well consider them not ABS

Alright well here's what I learned... from Honda dealer's.. Si and SiR(99-00) are same thing, since they both had ABS, or drums (some version of the Si) but no disks without ABS. Therefore, the Booster, the MC and the PV are much different than my DX ones. But now I'm wondering... since I will not enable the ABS on, wich other Teg/Civic had disks, without abs... and that car's Booster/MC/PV is it any different from the one on my car ?!
