Default OBD0 vs OBD1 LS ecu (did search)

So heres my deal. My car got stolen and they took my stock 93LS ecu (winners). I'm running a 95 B18b1 but still running a OBD0 config. The ecu that I bought to replace my stolen one was a chipped OBD0 LS ecu. (upgraded fuelmaps, 8.5k redline) Im planning on doing a stage 2 allmotor build on this engine, so in the long run the ecu will be nice.

My question though is this: What are the benifits of using a OBD1 ecu? and if I had an OBD1 ecu chipped would it be the same or better than a chipped OBD0?

this kind of doesn't any the question you are asking, but you can use the hondata or AEM EMS with an obd1 ecu.
