Difference between JDM rear lca, and usdm rear lca?

Difference between JDM rear lca, and usdm rear lca?
Ummm, what is the difference between the JDM type r rear lca, and the usdm type r rear lca? I have a set of usdm itr shcoks/springs, would the jdm rear lca work? or would only the usdm rear lca work?
by the way, anyone have a set to sell in the price range of 60-75 like back in the good old days?
