i'm looking forward to a mini-me on my car (97 dx) soon. so i was wondering what you guys think of the 95 SIs v-tec? is it going to be enough of a kick in my car? opinions and suggestions are highly appreciated.

 

its not very much hp..the satisfaction would be very low too me personally, but its all dependant on you..if you are interested i have a y8 intake manifold for sale..no throttle bodybut comes with injectors, and fuel rail

 

If you wanna keep it stock its good

If you are in serious racing then get a CX HB

If you can't afford the swap yet get a DX HB

If you have the money plus looking for luxury like PW DL then SI is good

 

why DX and not a VTEC-E VX HB cause DX has more power and longer gears

 

i already have a car....

 

first of all I applaud you for chosing D16Z6 (In the SOHC series)

Build right has a pretty good output

Try searching for titles created by user "Spade" he has posted a lot for these motors
