Most people will say that both heads are identical. They are identical except the exhuast cam on the b20 head is a little less agressive. Both will work though and the difference in the cam is very small, you won't even notice.

i also noticed that the B20Z (the one i would like to get) has about 146HP while the B20B has 126HP. Are both of these heads Vtec? will i be able to get the 146 hp just by changin the head? Thanks

niether one is vtec...infact the difference in HP is the compression ration...dont quote me but i think that b20b-8.6:1 b20z-9.4:1

but the HP difference is the C/R not the head
