How can I tell an ITR cam?

I know it has been asked before, but search function didn't help.

How can I tell 00 ITR cam from other B18C/B16A cams?

Does anyone have a pic of a GSR cam? I wonder how it looks like compare to ITR.

I gsr cam look just like the 97-99 ITR cam... what I want to know is how the 97-99 itr cam differs from the gsr cam

so the GSR cam has no ring like the CTR and 00+ ITR cams?
