Default Help me with Head gasket Composite removal please

I have tried everything but the black junk will not come off. Used carb cleaner w/a razor blade, tried a dremel with a polishing wheel, went to a fine wire wheel with a drill and even tried paint stripper. Are there any other removel hint tips you can give me. Thinking of trying air craft stripper, also my friend is gonna let me borrow some aluminum dyes-dies. WTH I really need some help on this one spent over 2 hours trying to clean this and have to get it done tomorrow.
TIA

try to get most of the big pieces of with a new sharp razor blade. you can use a lapping block and wrapping it with 180grit wet/dry sand paper and use wd-40. just spray it on to the sand paper instead of the deck if the head/block is assembled. use even strokes from one end of the deck to the other. this should remove any gasket material and knicks created fromt he razor blade
