i found a 97 civic lx automatic w/ 145k miles on it for $2400. pretty much the best deal i've seen. what do u guys think?

 

dont get an automatic first of all --- nextly, id get a 92-95 hatch.

 

well if its for your aunt i'm pretty sure she'd rather have an auto any how... but yea pick a civic of your choice... honda=reliable as long as they have been properly maintained. I'm sure you can find a great deal on civics, they get good mileage and are easy come by, and in comparison to many other imports, repair parts are relatively affordable. so don't let the 100k+ mileage scare you.
