I searched around the site and cant find what I'm lookin for. I want to knows how much work I'm looking at here Its a 93lude with a auto trans for 2000bucks lives up the road from me I just wanted to know how much work/money to make it a manual trans? My buddy told me he heard of poeple doing it with civic and integs he sent me here. So what do you guys think Turn away and keep lookin for a car or is it not going to be that hard?

 

im doing the swap in my 93 lude over winter break...If you know what your doing shouldnt be that hard. THere are writeups floating around. I think the hardest part will be getting/finding all the parts you need.

 

Well if you have a write plz post a link here. what kind of parts do you think I would need for this swap??? think there is some package out there you can buy or something?

 

no package that i know of...http://www.superhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=190678 thats a good write up...it would be best if you had a helms. Look into what ur doing before you go out and spend money. Its more parts than you think

Buy/download a service manual and search archived content for the "official prelude auto to manual thread".

 

I think prelude 1897 can get the stuff.... at least I remember seeing him post stuff up before
