damn these prices are kinda high but then again type r's hold their value. my friend sold his for $22k with 20,000 miles, JDM front end with oem fogs, C west kit, 18inch gunmetal volks, coils,exhaust,intake. so shop around i'm sure u will find 1 for a good price.

 

i was told of one that had less than 30 miles(not thousand). I dont know how much he wants though.

 

damn.......your friend got jacked! If that car was in remotly good condition, its wourth at least 25k with quality JDM parts....(i.e. not riced out!)

 

wow, don't we all wish we get to drive a car for 22,000KMs and then sell the car for pretty much we bought for?

for those of you that don't know, a brand new 01 ITR cost about a lil under 20K USD (31,500cdn) + taxes in Canada.

I saw a brand new 97 R for sale somewhere. Had 27 miles on it. was bought and put in storage. 27 real miles. no mods, never seen water.

I bought my CDN 01 R for 30,280 CDN or about 19,800. 50km and vgc. I thought it was a fair price. It's hard to gain bargining leverage when you drive 3 1/2 hrs across the boarder to look at and then import it. I really wanted and worth every penny imo.

I've read there are plent of R's in BC. Iwould look into importing if your not too far
