i know your gonna say search, but i saw this topic about two weeks ago and the guy didnt get any good solid answers. do 92-95 civic springs work on 88-91's??
i tryed to put them on the other day and the thing with the rubber inside that goes on the top just wouldn't sit right one the spring it kept slanting down can anyone help.

 

I don't know for sure, but my guess is that they wouldn't fit well, if at all.

i'm sure the strut is too long and too large for the fork and control arm . at least it is on an std . i would think if the strut does'nt fit the spring , though compressed should'nt seat properly. i'm not for sure though, just giving my 2cnts
