Default 403's in b18c5

My friend is trying to sell me a set of crower 403's for my B18c5. I was in the market for cams but i was leaning towards Toda b's or crower 402's in order to maintain drive ability. But my friend is offering me a great deal. I was wondering if anyone was running this setup? Is it streetable? Can you get them to idle? Any help is useful.

Crower cams are the **** if you want to brake a cam and rebuild your motor shortly

EDIT: Did you even search?

Over the weekend I heard 63403 cams in a R and he had a stock idle.

I have heard of more QC problems with Crower. I had Toda cams and my timing belt snapped. So I have a biased opinion of cams altogether.

I heard that this guy misfit has these cams currently and has a stock idle, untuned baseline dyno of 183whp, and is very happy with the cams. I don't know. I think anything sucks if you install the product wrong.
