So some piece of **** did a $765 hit and run on me the other day at my apartment complex, and I need to replace one of my tail lights among other things. I am wondering what my options are as far as replacement as well as price. Would it be cheaper just to replace it with another stock light, or can I find a cheaper custom set online somewhere? I have had a hard time finding anything besides the altezza lights, and I was looking for other options. I had planned on upgrading all my lights at some point, so what do you recommend? Thanks.


btw...my guy at the shop is charging me $177 just to replace the tail light.

 

u cant really "upgrade" taillights.

you have an option of altezzas, stock, or all-clear ones. you can customize the clear one with taillight spray(like airzjordan did)

i say go with the stock ones and clear out the amber. say no to altezzas

 

177 to replace a tail light sounds about right, OE parts are expensive. I would highly advise against getting anything but stock. Just my opinion

This is kinda funny, I just started a post yesterday in Appearance/Cosmetic about keeping my clears or going back to stock: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=400934. You can get a look at my effed up clears there too. I can't find any red bulbs that are dark enough to make the **** not look pinkish, so I think I'm gonna yank those and put the stock tails back on.

Stick to stock. No Altezzas dude, please.
