have someone help u
get a doctors stethoscope... and when trying to start the engine hold the stetoscope agains the side of the injectors itself.. u should be able to hear a clickin sound comming off them if they are gettign the voltage off the ecu....
also since its very cold., make sure the Main relay its working.. turn the ign key to ON and off a few times
u should be able to hear a clicking sound under the dash fuse box if its working and u should hear the fuel pump working as well
check all fuses and see if any are blown....
other than that u have done a lot of the most common tune up ideas... check spark plugs, ignition, fuel pressure, etc

Thank you all for the help. After I replaced the distributor it didn't start. I went to work..and gave the keys to my brother...well give him 15 minutes with the damn thing it starts. He doesn't know why it started, he said he just pulled the plugs/wires and inspected them..put them back on, and set the distributor in the middle. I never bothered with changing the timing with the distributor...it always ran best when fully advanced. So Im still a little stumped, but I should have known this isn't the first time. Car..."Bevin"(the car) has a mind of its own.
Once again thanks to all that gave input, it kept me trying.
JDM EF9...your stethoscope trick is nice. You can also put a screw driver on it...and listen through the end....no lie.
